Commission entries can be made by contacting me in any of my socials or filling my request form.

I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason without justification or explanation.

I'll assume you're unavailable if you do not reply/pay me within 3 days of contacting me, resulting in cancellation of your slot.

I don't make custom designs or redesigns.

Payment 100% upfront via PayPal (USD) or Pix (BRL)

NEVER send the payment before my approval. Always wait for me to send you an invoice.

There will be no refunds after the sketch approval.

Full refund will be given if I am unable to finish your commission.

Make sure you have clear and visual references to provide.

I'll start sketching your commission once the payment is completed. The sketch phase is the only time where major changes can be made so make sure everything is in order before approving it.

Once the sketch is approved, I'll be updating you with the artwork's process, where limited minor changes (e.g: small details, colors, facial expressions, etc.) can be made.

The final product be sent via Discord or e-mail depending on the file's size.

The time it takes to finish an artwork varies between a few weeks to two months depending on the complexity of your commission + your place in the waitlist. Meanwhile, feel free to ask for updates or check out my Trello waitlist here.

I, the artist:
→ Retain the rights over any commissioned works and to post it publicly in my socials, portfolios and use it as commission examples as I wish. However, a request for the commissioned art to remain entirely private/unpublished can be discussed and will incur additional fees;
→ Will NOT claim other's original characters as my own. Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

The commissioner:
→ Has the rights to repost, use the commissioned work as profile pictures or banners and print it for PERSONAL use as long as proper credit is given;
→ May NOT remove the signature from my artwork or claim it as their own.

Commissioned art is for personal use only. Commercial use can be discussed beforehand and will incur additional fees.

The use of any part of the commission for non fungible tokens (NFTs), artificial intelligence datasets (AI), advertising or profits associated with NFTs, AIs or cryptocurrency is prohibited.
